Ich finde, das ist ein sehr schönes Burr Puzzle. Damit die Teile genau passen, sollte mit einer Layerhöhe (auch erster Layer) von 0,2 mm gedruckt werden.
Für Gehaeuse.stl sind natürlich Stützstrukturen erforderlich. Bei richtiger Einstellung lassen sich die Stützstrukturen leicht lösen und es sind auch kaum Nachbearbeitungen erforderlich. Ich hatte gute Ergebnisse mit Cura Treesupport.

Ich habe nun mit Buegelv2.stl auch einen halbrunden Bügel hinzugefügt.
Die Teile können auf 60% (Layerhöhe 0,12) oder 75% (Layerhöhe 0,15) skaliert werden. Auch der erste Layer muss die gleiche Layerhöhe haben.

I think it's a very nice burr puzzle. So that the pieces fit exactly, you should print with a layer height (also first layer) of 0.2 mm.
For Gehaeuse.stl support structures are of course required. With the correct setting, the support structures can be easily detached and hardly any post-processing is necessary. I had good results with Cura treesupport.

With Buegelv2.stl I have now added a semicircular part.
The parts can be scaled to 60% (layer height 0.12) or 75% (layer height 0.15). Also the first layer must have the same layer height.
