I had modified Muzz64's "secret compartment box" to be a case for it:

But I wanted a dog on top; maybe because I'm starting to lose my memory and didn't want to forget what that box was for! I finally had to ask Chris Esposito, founder of Espotek and developer of the Labrador and all-around helpful guy, for the link to the dog he uses for menu icons:

And when I asked for permission to post this Thing he only requested that I credit Yi Fu for the design, so thanks to Yi Fu!
I have included a scaled-down version of the image in the files above, should anyone wish to repeat my work without my initial mistake: the original image is 1157x1118px and generated a .stl file over 700MB! None of my computers can slice a .stl that size. I resized it to 300x290. OpenSCAD still exported a file of some 50MB (IIRC), but when I imported that to Slic3r it repaired several errors and saved the 16MB file I posted here. If I had to do it again I think I'd size it down to ~100px. It prints about 76x80mm, 3mm thick. For my box I scaled it down to 45mm, printed it in PLA with no special settings. Just a couple drops of glue to hold it to the box lid!
Note that in the .scad file above, it calls the wrong .png file; simply edit the .scad file or rename the .png file to match.
