制御基板に問題が有るから制御基板の入れ替えの必要があります。

サポートはノズルの高さが問題で形状が歪むと嘘を言ってきました。

歪んだプリントはメーカーの組み立て不良でY軸プーリーが固定されていない為に発生したものでした。
The distorted print was generated because the Y-axis pulley was not fixed due to poor assembly by the manufacturer.
自分で組んだものでは発生したことのない事案だった為、制御基板などの不具合と勘違いしていました。
Since it was a case that did not occur with the one I built, I misunderstood it as a malfunction of the control board.
メーカーのサポートも歪んだプリント物の写真や動作中の動画を示してもノズルの高さが問題だとしか回答してきませんでした。その為、原因が判るまで数日を要してしまいました。
The manufacturer's support was only able to answer that the nozzle height was a problem, even though it showed a distorted printed photo or moving video. Therefore, it took several days to understand the cause.
