Larger Sports Drink Lid Pill Case (~45mm)

I have been enjoying printing wheelhom's "Sports Drink Lid Pill Case." It is a useful size for a pocket container, and it up-cycles those "Gatorade style" lids that I occasionally come across. Whenever I end up with a lid like that, I set it aside for a future printing of wheelhom's design. It's a good design.

Imagine my surprise, then, when I found a Gatorade lid that wouldn't fit! Apparently, Gatorade has more than one size lid. This one measures approximately 45mm across instead of the usual 40mm. The 45mm lid is much too large to fit on wheelhom's pill box.

Instead of throwing the larger lids out, I tried to up-size the original design to fit the larger lid. After a couple of failures, this design fit. It is identical in every way to wheelhom's design, but larger in diameter. Even the height is the same. The larger lids seem to fit it just fine.
