Cho_hun

This is called Chohun 초헌 (チョホン) .This type of palanquin used to be carried by officers during the Joseon Dynasty . This is a wheel mounted form on a chair, and two or four servants move around with the officer on board .

I don't think the average person can understand it.
It could have happened enough in Joseon, where 80 percent of the population was slaves at the time. As Joseon was a country that enslaved the same people and used their children as slaves, it was natural to use more than two slaves to carry one officer.
