Ender 2 Bottom assembly for power supply

Hello everyone,

this design is my addition to Ender2 to create integrated power supply holder/cover plus Duet3D Maestro and bring finally some wiring culture into the design.

Main features and benefits:

• Printable on Ender2
• Side mounted 60mm fan - Noctua
• Wiring culture
• Power connector with switch
• Reuse as many holes as possible from original plate

Needs some driling into the base plate - check the part in the list.

What to do with power supply - there are 3 options:

• keep it as it is with loud fan
• cut the hole in the PSU cover and use my desing with side mounted fan
• removem PSU cover compelted and use my desing with side mounted fan

60mm Noctua fan 12V
Power connector ( opening has 48x28mm hole with two M3 mouting holes with distance 40mm)

Unspecified amount of:

M3 Countersunk 6-22mm
M3 6-22mm
M3 nuts
M5x18 screws with low heads (max 3.5mm) to mount the parts together
M5 screws compatible with your rubber legs ( in my case 30mm)
