Whiskey Bottle Container

This container is composed by two halves that join together using a screw/spiral structure. The box is designed to fit a whiskey bottle. Tested on Talisker, Caol Ila and Glen Keith but I think whiskey bottles comes in standard dimensions. Screwing/unscrewing is very easy an can be achieved even by gravity only.

The print must be done in vase mode (spiralized outer contour).

My final model is realized using:

• Spiralized outer contour mode
• Creality Ender 3
• 0.2 mm layers
• 1mm bottom thickness (increase it to add robustness)
• Printing time: around 6h45m for each part
• SUNLU PETG+
• (for SUNLU PLA+ with same specs it would take 6h10m for each part)

Both halves files must be printed in spiralized outer contour with the screw part positioned on the upper part

Hints:
-the inner halve must be used as the TOP halve to avoid mishaps during the transportation of the enclosed bottle.
-print parameters must be perfectly setted to avoid any delamination in the bottom of the container otherwise someone will not be able to appreciate the gift if it is destroyed on the floor :)

The box is designed to contain a Talisker bottle but is suitable for every bottle with 305 mm of height and 80 mm of diameter.
