I recently bought a Winsinn Duel Gear Extruder. After installation I noticed the filament runout did not line up with the new extruder. So I made a quick adapter. Hopes this helps you all. Thanks!
UDATE January 5, 2020: I did NOT include this on the original posting. PLEASE note you will need new screws to mount this. I used M3x20mm counter sink screws.
