Description
The aluminium rack that my transfer punch set came with was very poorly made: flimsy and the holes did not line up properly.
I drilled out the rivets, and printed spacer pieces to fit between the aluminium plates to provide better support.
Before re-assembing with M4 screws and nyloc nuts, i aligned all of the aluminium plates and re-drilled the holes so that the all align correctly.
Much more sturdy now, and the holes all align now: the aluminium plates are nicely supported.
