Description
This are a openscad version of the ADHD. Wingspan are 50cm cut from a piece of depron foam. engine are 1306. servos are 4.3g Battery 2S 300mA. Plane are not build yet, things will be re designed. I will move the battery when i have the first prototype printed. This is a perfect model for make a SWARM. I as always I apply openscad files, if you want to make your own adjustments.
I have done a lot of upgrades, total weights of plastic parts are ca 30g.
I made a deta wing version with winglets instead of rudder.
Added FPV cam.
Use super glue for assembling parts.
Check CG it is important. I use http://rcwingcog.a0001.net/?i=1 to calculate GC. Battery cavity are to long, use this for adjusting/fine tune CG.
I added tiny wires fixtures for ESC and engine wire.
Looks good.
Hardware has arrived looking forward to build some prototype's.
Tip: I using the internal wires from a SATA cable for shielded cables for signal cables. Keep in mind, these tiny crafts make a lot of electrical/RF noise. You can improve performance by adding filters and shielded cables. Filter caps and inductors will help.
Prototype are build.
It is bit heavy in the rear.
I used hinge tape for mounting rudders.
I used a 2mm Carbone rod for Reinforcement of the wing.
Camera are press fitted with insulation from a silicone cord.
I used super glue for almost everything.
I also bulid a small PDB form a pice of PCB, with SMD caps and inductors.
Planing testflight werry soon ;)
