We train.. a lot (check out This Video ) if interested. I wanted a way to get our training gear hanging on the wall efficiently so developed a quick "clip on" system. I've found that pegboard wire diameter varies slightly from brand to brand so A slight heating of the clip area prior to popping them on will assist in not cracking them if yours are a little fatter. These are designed for 1/4" pegboard systems.I will be stretching 1/4" ID surgical tubing as in-between protection for the metal pistols.

Three files are present. One for keeping the pegs equidistant and providing separation. The other is for 3 magazines to which you can go deep. Our training mags are heavy so I'll probably only go 2 deep for 6 mags. These are designed for GLOCK double stack mags which have a 17 degree floor plate angle. Other firearms tend to have 14 to 16 degree but it works fine. I've dropped in a variety of other mags and they all worked with varying degrees of sloppy. The old mil-spec 1911 single stack metal ones were the worst having no lip on the back side but they stayed put.

That last is a left-over from the first design. It will work for storing pistols muzzle down and can be adjusted to pin magazines using the screws (#4 x 1/2") allows to adjust the tension against the pegs so they do or do not slide easily. This one worked fairly well but I ran out of screws :-)
