Based on a lasercutter pattern (from c't Make 03/18) I modeled a 3D model for an arduino with multifunction-shield case. The idea and design belongs to c't Make magazin. The 3D model comes from me. It's my first model ever, so here are some advice for working with it:

  • It's helpful to ream the bolt hole after printing
  • It's helpful to sand the button holes, so the tacks can move easily
  • the button-tacks (V4_Knöpfe_Arduino) are in different size, so you can try to find the best fitting tack.
  • the button-tacks (V4_Knöpfe_Arduino) are printed with 100% infill. The rest with 15% infill.
  • for the sides you need 4 screws: M2 x 20 and 4 M2 female screw
  • to bring the arduino at the backside you need 3 screws: M2x20 and many M2 female screws (I used á 4 between arduino and backside and á 2 on the other side of the backside to tighten everything)

Here some information for printing the pieces:

  • in CURA please turn off the setting "Union Overlapping Volumes" (Mesh Fixes)

Basierend auf eine Lasercutter-Vorlage (aus der c't Make 03/18) habe ich ein 3D-Modell erstell für ein Arduino mit Multifunktionsshield. Die Idee und das Design gehört der c't Make Zeitschrift. Das 3D Modell stammt von mir. Es ist mein erstes eigenes Modell, daher hier ein paar Hinweise, für die Verarbeitung der Hülle:

  • es ist hilfreich die Schraubenlöcher nachzubohren
  • es ist hilfreich die Löcher für die Knöpfe zu schleifen, damit diese beim Drücken leichter runter und hoch gehen
  • Die Knöpfe (V4_Knöpfe_Arduino) liegen in der Datei in verschiedene Größen vor, so das ihr ausprobieren könnt, welche für euch am besten passt
  • Die Knöpfe (V4_Knöpfe_Arduino) sind mit 100% infill gedruckt. Der Rest mit 15% infill
  • Für die Seitenteile braucht man 4 Schrauben: M2 x 20 und 4 M2 Muttern
  • Um den Arduino an die Rückseite anzubringen, werden nochmal 3 Schrauben M2 x 20 und ganz viele Mutter benötigt (Ich habe je 4 Muttern zwischen Arduino und Rückseite verwendet und jeweils 2 Muttern auf der anderen Seite der Rückseite zum festziehen)

Hier noch eine Information für das Drucken der Teile:

  • stellt bitte in CURA die Einstellung "Union Overlapping Volumes" (Mesh Fixes) aus
