re-modified solder helping hand

This is a remix of the soldering helping hands remix model (third picture). I lowered the wing on the static part, so my hands and soldering device got more manoeuvring space. Secondly I had worn out elastic bands, so now with the latest re-modelling you don't need them anymore.
