Description
The Dremel rotary is my favorite tool of all time. But I lost the cap and I'm not willing to spend $9 to replace it so I decided to flex my Solidworks skills. Everything fits snug on my 3000 series Dremel.
Room for Improvement: The start of the thread isn't tapered as I'm still learning different tools and techniques, but it fits perfectly. Enjoy!
Update: I saw that there is also a nose cap that is shaped so you can grip the dremel like a pencil so I added a version with a revolved cut and smoothed out edges. I've included both Solidworks files.
