Description
These are the parts to print to create an enclosure and air filtration for the AnyCubic Predator. Most of it is pretty straight forward. You need 3 sets of everything for the doors and hinges. The fan and fan base each need 2 copies and the filter bottom uses 1 copy. For the filter top you may choose the one with or without the Predator name on it.
All parts are PLA except the Fan and Fan Base which are TPU. It might work with PLA but I wanted the TPU to reduce any noise from the fan.
The door sets use a joiner to connect the left and right halves. These could be glued in but I used heat to bond them. If you snap them together and then put aluminum foil across the joint you can iron the area with a household iron and they bond extremely well. DO NOT try to remove the aluminum foil until the plastic has completely cooled!!
I have included a template for drilling holes in the metal in the top of the housing and the plexiglass cover. I made a paper shroud under the metal and around the power supply so that metal from the drilling does not get into the machine. Vacuum often so that you keep the area clean!
Here is the list of the parts I bought.

Begin with printing 3 each of the Hinge Top, Hinge Middle, and Hinge Bottom. This clip onto the 3 vertical rails.
Print 3 copies of the Bottom Set, Middle Set, Middle Brace Set, and Top Set.
For each Bottom Set snap the joiner into the bottom of the 2 side pieces to hold them together. You could use glue to attach them but I used aluminum foil and an iron to weld them together. Do the same for the Top Sets and Middle Brace Sets.
To assemble each door put one of the Middle Set rails into a Bottom rail on each side. Slide the Middle Brace over the Middle rails. Slide the Top Set down onto the Middle rail. These rails could be epoxied together or heat welded with the aluminum foil and an iron. The plexiglass should now snap into the door frames. The doors now drop onto the hinges with the left side first.
For the filter, take off the top lid. Use the template to drill air holes in both the metal bottom layer and the plastic top layers. Make sure that they are aligned very closely. Print 2 each of the Ventilation Fan in TPU and 2 of the Ventilation Fan Base in either TPU or PLA. The fan sanwiches between the Ventilation Fan pieces and then the Ventilation Fan Bases go top and bottom to hold it all together. This unit then just sits in the upper section. It should suck the air from the top of the enclosure and then vent it out the top.
Print 1 of the Ventilation Filter Bottom and then on of the Ventilation Filter Top (either with or without the name.) The Filter Base screws down to the plastic top over the holes you drilled. The HEPA filter and carbon filter sit into the base and the top drops over top.
