I designed and printed these for my kid who loves to work out with his parents.

Print these in ABS with a brim. The brim material will help with adhesion and then be used to make a acetone/abs paste. That paste can then be used to bond the handle to the weights.

Post-Printing

Bonding the pieces

            <div><p>You can fill the conic hole at the end of the handle with several drops of your paste. Then place the weight inside and press while spinning for about 30 seconds. You don't have to really press hard; the goal is to spread the paste evenly. If you see a little paste coming out along the edges, then you should have enough in there. If not, it doesn't hurt to pull it open and add a little more.</p><p>Then flip it over and do the same thing on the other side.</p><p>Once both weights are on, place the dumbbell on a flat surface and align the weights. Press the weights in while you do this so the handle doesn't pop out. Once aligned, you should be able to place the dumbbell on its side so its vertical and can cure vertical. </p><p>Good luck! </p></div>
