Description
Reel adaptors in a variety of sizes that I find useful: 54mm, 56mm, 57mm, 71mm, 73mm, 75mm and 76mm + a parameterized Fusion360 file from which you can "bake your own."
All are compatible with my 26mm diameter spindles.

CAUTION: If your X & Y steps/mm are not precisely calibrated, you will find it difficult to print these inserts to within the 0.5mm of fit tolerance I intended, especially the large ones. When printing in rigid materials like PLA or PETG, your inserts will either be looser than you wanted (you can always glue them in, or trap them between spacers on the spindle as shown in my cover photo), or too big for the application.
Printing in TPU allows for a bit of deformation, if you need to force it into the reel.
NOTE: I have found that even the reel centers themselves are not always the same diameter hole on the two sides, so this insert may be a perfect fit on one side but fall out of the other side.
If you prefer to print in rigid materials and if you are looking for a Fusion 360 parameterized reel adaptor that is more tolerant of subtle size issues, you may prefer this spring-loaded tabs design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4165740
