Summary

I have made it a single print, fixed most of the holes and other issues and removed the dreadful supports under the jaw and aligned the other layers better so it can be sized to 300%. I still need to do more work on fixing the steps/lines in the forehead but I will get around to that another day.

Post-Printing

Feed your wires down through the eyes and fish them out the neck. Use a large resistor than normal to reduce the brightness of the LED's for a better effect and solder everything hanging out the back of the neck. when done pull on wires to eyes to pull the guys back inside and then solder on you LED's.
