Description
I own many Einhell Power X-Change Tools and a Makita 6271D cordless Screwdriver which is 12V and not compatible with Einhell Batteries.
As I was sick of always carring multiple types of batteries and also keep them charged I designed an adapter incl. Step Down Converter so I can use my Makita Tool with Einhell Batteriers.
All you need ist an old (dead) Makita Battery as I recycled the upper half of it as well as the contacts and a Step Down Converter which converts 18V to 12V.
I used the following which fits perfectly in the adapter:

Just print the parts, connect the Step Down Converter, adjust the output Voltage to about 13V and the Current to maximum.
As the Adapter is intended to stay on the cordless screwdriver I designed the clips to be screwed as this was the strongest solution I found.
The Einhell Adapter Part is a Remix of datdiy USB-Quickcharge-Box, so credits to him/her :)
