Description

A chemical facility that I'll eventually use on my N scale layout. I have not yet printed this structure, but I don't suspect it will have any troubles. Supports are likely required for the large window spans of the main building.

The building is much too wide for a typical FDM bed, so I've split it in two pieces. The pictures should help you see how they would connect together (glue, etc)

The stairs should be assembled into one piece before inserting into the building. You could make this piece optional if you're not worried about filling in the stairwell tower.

The building and windows should print fine in the orientation shown. You might need supports for the building window openings, depending on your printer's ability to span

The silos in the pictures are just for positioning - I plan to make them out of ABS pipe or dowels. There are lots of silo/tanks on Thingiverse you could use too.

Cut your own floors and roof using sheet styrene, or thin craft foamboard.
