Optocoupler Ender 3 Automatic bed levelling

This is a remix of the really nice design by someusernamehere (I made a couple of tabs so it can be screwed to the rails with T nuts...I also added a cut out on the side to suit the way I wired it, and some tabs for cable ties to secure the wires in place / stop them being pulled out.
