Desk Hook 02: Double the Hooks; 1/2" clip

We literally cannot have enough places to store things but keep them in easy reach. This hook was designed for 1/2" desks (although we add a sliver of duct tape to the "clip" both for fit and to reduce the amount of slide) with a deep hook centered on the desk edge, and a smaller hook above the desk. We use it for cables, small plastic bags, etc.

The hook is fairly deep, but with a narrow opening--this avoids accidental dislodging--but we'll likely have a few more hooks in the series with different parameters. For cables this is great, for bulkier loads it can be a bit "snappy". We like this, but it isn't always the best approach.

Printed at 40% infill it's pretty sturdy--we've hung 5-8 kgs off it and while it's not happy, it holds.
