Vinyl record cleaner / Schallplatten Waschmaschine

Hallo,
das ist mein Versuch, meine alten Schallplatten sauber zu bekommen. Und, wow, es funktioniert super! Alte Schallplatten vom Flohmarkt klingen wieder wie neu (wenn sie nicht verkratzt sind), Staub, Dreck und statisches Knistern gehören somit der Vergangenheit an.

Was wird gebraucht:

Das Motorlager und das Gegenlager sollten aus PETG oder ABS gemacht werden, da das Ultraschallbad beheizt wird und PLA sich dann zu schnell verformt. Die Dichtungen zum Abdichten der Labels sollten aus TPU gemacht werden und mit ein wenig Sekundenkleber auf die Distanzscheiben geklebt werden.

Der Zusammenbau sollte sich aus den Bildern ergeben.

Gereinigt wird in einer Mischung aus 30% Isopropanol, 70% destiliertes Wasser und ein paar Milliliter Mirasol (zur Not tut es auch Spülmittel). Ich habe die Heizung des Gerätes auf 40 Grad gestellt und reinige die Schallplatten ca. 15 Minuten. Das Ergebnis ist phänomenal.

Selbst uralte Schallplatten knistern nicht mehr, kein statisches Knacksen, kein Rauschen, nur Musik pur! Kratzer bekommt die Maschine natürlich nicht weg, das sollte jedem klar sein!

The motor bearing and the counter bearing should be made of PETG or ABS, since the ultrasonic bath is heated and PLA then deforms too quickly. The seals for sealing the labels should be made of TPU and glued to the spacers with a little superglue.

The assembly should result from the pictures.

It is cleaned in a mixture of 30% isopropanol, 70% distilled water and a few milliliters of Mirasol (if necessary, detergent does too). I set the device's heating to 40 degrees and cleaned the records for about 15 minutes. The result is phenomenal.

Even ancient records no longer crackle, no static crackling, no noise, just pure music! Of course, the machine does not get scratches, that should be clear to everyone!
