Roman Crown Laurel Wreath

This is a very simple to print Roman style Laurel Wreath crown
You print it out of PLA, and heat it up to bend the headband and the leafs a bit forward and to the side.
I used the heated bed to 70 degrees to bend the band
and pass each leaf stem above a candle, until it bends, and then shape it. Very easy to shape.
I made it for my kid who plays a roman emperror for a kids play. my CR-10 was big enough for his, but probably too small for an adult's head. Measure your head first. |
Golden spray painted, for max effect, better than gold filament.

Best printed with 2 perimeters and concentric up and bottom fill, for shaping the leafs.
