Description

This is a modular system including lamp modules for plants, for now. I planned to grow it u to full 2-3 level hydroponic system. Possible in future I will use more stronger profile like 20x20 or 40x20. It powered from 220V and all lamps connected in parallel mode. All wires could be hidden into profile.

Lamp could be use as standalone (basic use) or mounting on walls or ceiling (WIP)

Materials need:
2x metal profile 10x20
4x aluminium 5mm pipes
IKEA 3000k 600lm GU10 LEDARRE
GU10 female plug
1x PSU switch
WAGO 3-pin connectors
Wires
2x M4x10 screws

Assembly instructions.

  1. You could use any needed height for all construction and any length. It's modular construction. I used 1m of 10x20 and 1m of 5mm pipes to build my setup.
  2. Print two top stoppers, and Table mounts.
  3. Print gu-10 mount and lampmount1,2
  4. GU-10 female plug could be hotglued into gu10 mount (don't forget to push wires outside
  5. Nount for female plug and mount for 10x20 profile it's ball joint, so, push wires from gu10 into holes and carefully install ball joint into place. After that you could secure your lamp on 10x20 profile with second part and 2 M4x10 screws. Lamp is a movable object
  6. You could use wago mount to make cable management more easier. Or install wagos into lamp mount.
  7. I connect lamp in parallel, so you need 6 WAGO to make lamp like in my setup.
