Usage
If you can't get it to grab filament when idler is closed and tightened, you need to loosen the idler screw.
Using a 0.9degree motor with 1/16 multistepping, I have 1058 steps/mm
Gearing is 3.75:1
BOM
1x m3 25mm screw
7x m3 10mm screws
2x m3 nuts
6x m3 spacers
1x spring for idler tensioner - I found an 8mm long one I'm using.
1x m3 35mm screw for idler tensioner. (30mm or much longer can work).
1-2x Bowden couplers
1-2x Collect clips
2x MF105ZZ bearings
1x GT2-60
1x GT2-16
1x M5 50mm fully or partly threaded screw. (can use idler post)
1x M5 Lock nut
1x GT2-172 closed belt.
Supports and orientation
Supports are build into the files for Body and Idler and all parts should be printed in the orientation they are in when loading the files.
