Some additional working opening doors providing you print them at the right resolution (0.1mm vertical, 0.4mm nozzle) or better. The doors should print fine as one piece. You then need to take a craft knife and cut the supports across the bottom of the door. I have printed maybe 10 of these and have only had one fail.

Thanks again to Virtually Jason and DevonJones who provided the base parts. Given the fine tolerances I wouldn't like to bet on it working with a 0.2mm vertical.
