Remix of open reasure chest to add a working hinge and latch

This is a remix of Yasashii's treasure chest to add a working hinge and latch. Its scaled for mini's in the 28 to 35mm range. I added a separate treasure insert so you can have a empty chest, a treasure chest, or add your own item.

Warning the tolerances are fine. It does print and work at 0.1mm vertical with a 0.4mm nozzle but you will likely need a craft knife and file to tidy it up.
