This is my remix of TLang13's Strap Clamp 90 Degree Corners. I've adopted suggestions made on reddit, as well as some improvements of my own.
My version is less tall: better sized for 25mm straps (the original fits 30mm straps).
The arms are 25mm long, with a draw of 2.5ยบ over the last 7mm. It's hard to see even in the closeup photo, but this is to provide some relief - about 0.5mm - at the ends to avoid marking softwood as a result of having a sharp corner there.
Similarly, the ends of the arms and other edges are radiused, partly to make it easier to print and partly to avoid marking the timber.
Top and bottom edges are chamfered.
The bars at the ends which hold the strap in place when loose are thicker and more robust.
The central "hole" is offset to make the edges less abrupt.
