Description
My interpretation of the NX-1701A as seen here:

Granted it's not 100% the same as the design, but I changed it a bit to be more in line with the series stuff. Basically, it's as if the Admiral Kirk didn't let them retire the Enterprise and they used it as a test bed like the Excelsior, in place of the Excelsior or what have you. Whatever your head canon is, enjoy! It's to scale with 1/2500 parts following the size of the disc!
