Description

This is newest addition to my project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4182312)
aiming at eliminating Z rod binding and wobbling on Ender 3.
This upper bearing support is adjustable and in combination with my other project parts allows you to have straight and secure Z rod without binding or wobbling.

As bearing is used bigger 6001 bearing to be able fasten leadscrew inside.

Base part is left and right version. For one you need three t-slot nuts ( I used M4 + M4x8 screws) and two M4x10 screws and nuts.
For securing Z-screw I used two M3 screws. And really slightly fasten.

Assembling and adjusting is pretty simple, no hidden traps.

How I did it:
When everything is assembled , slightly unfasten all, motor mount, nut holder and bearing.
Drive full length upper an in top position fasten Z-nut holder. Drive down full length, fasten motor mount. Again fully up and finally fasten bearing.
try up an down few times and you are done.

If you need any explanation just ask.
