Description
This is a simple fix to prevent the bowden tube from lifting up and causing a plug in the hot end. Use the cutter tool to cut a spare piece of bowden tube to the correct length (36mm) insert the cut piece of bowden tube in to the hotend and the place the little washer on top of the bowden tube. Make sure the tapered side of the washer is facing up and the thread the bowden fitting back in. The washer is snug getting it in past the threads, insert it on a 45 degree angle and once its passes the threads it floats a little loose in there. To make sure the washer is centered pull a bit of filament through the main bowden tube first and push it into the hotend, then you know it will be centered when you tighten the fitting. I don't have time to make a video right now but if you look up ender 3 hotend fix there is lots of videos and this is the same fix. I've included the gcodes alread sliced for the Thinker if you want to just print it right away.
