Description
Needed a tool to crush some dry cat treats into powder to mix with some meds for my cat. Was not happy with what was out there so I made my own.
Printed in PLA as I am only doing dry grinding. Print in PETG if you will be dealing with moisture and are worried about "Food Safe" status.
I printed at .16 resolution, 220 temp and 75mm speed and it came out very smooth.
I suggest 50% infill minimum and I boosted top layer thickness to 2mm to enhance durability.
Only post processing needed was a quick sanding of the bed facing end of the pestle to take the edge off and make it more comfortable to use.
I have provides STLs for the individual items as well as the set together.
The example is printed in Eryone Marble PLA.
