Dehydrator desiccant trays

Trays to dry out my orange desiccant (2-4mm beads) in my Oster dehydrator model# FPSTDH0101

Oster dehydrator tray dimensions:
13.5 inch (343mm) outer ring
3.125 inch (79.4mm) inner ring
4.875 inch (123.8mm) gap between

printed trays are 1/8 circle 20mm high with 1.4mm wide vents
small enough to print on a 140x140mm buildplate

I used PLA which does soften & distort a little with the heat, but let it cool for 5 minutes & it'll be okay. slightly deformed trays still fit my dehydrator just fine, even after running it for 9 hrs while i slept.
