Summary

Fast printing Medical face mask headband and dxfs for lasercutting the shield from thin (think transparency) plastic material.

This thing is a derivative of a derivative of the mask published on the Prusa site. It prints fast, doesn't need a brim. I've added small gussets to the desgin to strengthen it a bit.

The shield snaps onto the flexible headband with just a little flexing of the end. Holds very securely. There are two face sheild dxf cut files. One is longer the other is shorter and will fit on a 8.5"x11 Letter size piece of transparency film.

Small hold-down tabs are already in the model.  They snap off and the headband is ready for use.  No cleanup needed.</p></div>

Post-Printing

The lasercut shield snaps right onto the headband. Just flex the band in to put the last hook tab into the outside slots. Holds very securely.

Add elastic band to finish.
