Face Mask Vacuum Formed Proof-of-Concept

With the health care industry facing such a dire supply shortage, we have started receiving many requests from health care professionals and institutions about 3D printed equiavlent of N95 masks, as I imagine many other 3D printers have as the news makes the rounds.

This design uses a combination of 3D printing and Vacuum Forming, as this can be a much higher throughput machine, and potentially a better seal on the face. We are using the Mayku for vacuum forming, and found PETG sheets to work the best (note: this is the same PETG sheet that can be used for many of the Face Shield designs)
