Description
Replacement Lower front A-Arms and front bulkhead for your ECX buggy. Co-worker had issues with theirs breaking on impacts so I measured and modeled a printable one so they're easier to replace.
I suggest you print them on their side, for the arms use supports everywhere, and 100% infill and/or thick walls. and make sure the screws are NOT too tight when putting it together otherwise it could split the plastic and weaken the arm, making it more likely to crack and break! You may likely need to use a drill to gently round out and correct the hole sizes as they're approximate and not 100% guaranteed accurate.
You may need to measure and drill/tap some of the holes to the correct size after printing.
WARNING: 3d printed arms will never be as durable as the original injection molded parts! This is just a significantly cheaper alternative to purchasing multiple replacement arms if you have troubles with yours breaking every time you hit something.
EDIT LOG:
4/9/2020:
Added front bulkhead and hinge pin retainer. I have discovered some errors with the A-arms as well which retain the hinge pin correctly and will upload the corrected files after printing and testing them!
