Protective Visor

Da es derzeit an Schutzausrüstung fehlt - ein Vorschlag eines Visiers

Dieses Visier kann exponierte Personen, die ständig mit Menschen zu tun haben, vor Tröpfcheninfektionen schützen. Es schütz Mund, Nase und gegenüber Atemmasken auch die Augen.
Man kann es einzeln drucken oder übereinander mit einem Luftabstand zwischen den Teilen von 0,18mm.
Mit 1kg Filament kann man ca. 60 Stück davon drucken und somit 60 Personen schützen.

Was man dazu noch benötigt sind Folien im Format DIN A4 und einen Locher (4-fach Locher oder normalen Locher mit einem Standard-Lochabstand von 80mm). Beim Standartlocher muss man den Bügel auf 888 einstellen und von beiden Seiten lochen. Dann passt die Folie sehr gut auf das Gestell.
Das Visier ist leicht passt sich sehr gut an den Kopf an und ist bequem zu tragen.

This visor can protect exposed persons who are constantly in contact with people from droplet infections. It protects the mouth, nose and, compared to breathing masks, the eyes.
It can be printed individually or on top of each other with an air gap of 0.18mm between the parts.

With 1kg filament you can print about 60 pieces of it and protect 60 people.
What you also need are transparent foils (e.g. printer foils or Over-Head foils) in DIN A4 format and a hole punch (4-fold hole punch or normal hole punch with a standard hole spacing of 80mm). With the standard punch you have to set the bracket to 888 and punch from both sides. Then the foil fits very well on the frame.
The visor is very light and comfortable to wear.
