Surgical Mask Relief Strap - Ear Savers

UPDATE We were able to get ahold of a mask for whats actually being used in hospitals and have found them to have much more give to the strings than the ones from our first aid kit. We've updated with a smaller file that can be packed more densely, and have included a file of 10 that will fit on the ender-3. We'll leave the previous designs here in case someone needs larger ones.

We haven't had a need locally yet for ventilators or shields and I wanted to contribute something to those working tirelessly on the front line. I tried Marslam's mask relief but found it to be a bit short, so I did a redesign to offer different sizes and remove a bit of a material improving print times, flexibility and reduce material use a bit. I've also included a set of 8 in each size laid out for a 235x235mm bed (Ender-3).
