Rifle Case Feeder

Currently working on a completely different design and won’t be making any updates to this one.

This is a remix of GolluB's case feeder ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3607034 ) remixed to work for Rifle Cartridges too. This feeder will work Cartridges as long as 300 RUM and 338 Lapua. At least those are the longest I've tried. Additionally, the feed hole size can be adjusted. This will also work with pistol brass. I used an M4 screw and Wing nut to make this work. Gullubs page has the feeder plates for pistol cartridges as well as the remix page for his feeder.

ADDED/UPDATES:

• Dillon Adapter: for the base if you want to use the tube that comes with Dillon 650/750 Presses.
• 3/4" Adapter: Made this to allow the builder to use 3/4" piping with the mount.
• Dillon Tube Adapter: This adapter allows you to use the Dillon Case Tube with this feeders feeder tube. May require a little bit of sanding for smooth fit.
• Wiring Diagram Added.
• Pistol Feeder Tube. This tube will work better with pistol brass.
• Feeder_TUBE: Cut the holes in the Feeder_Tube Similar to Pistol Feeder Tube so you can see the brass in front of the proximity sensor.
• AMP_Tube_Adaptor: Added so you can attach the tubes that come with AMP MATE feeder for the AMP Annealer.
• Feeder_Tube_for_small_rifle_.223: This works better for small diameter cases.

Included everything to build this version here however, there are other useful remix parts.

The build instructions are the same as Gullubs so refer to his nut size, bolt size, and so on.

(UPDATE) The original Large Rifle plate would sometimes double feed large cartidges that weren't magnums. Fed well with 338 LM, but would double feed with 30-06. I made a new plate for smaller Large Rifle Cartridges.

I printed the Unibody Bucket and my Feeder Plates on my Modified Ender 5 Plus and everything else on my Modified Ender 3 Pro. However if someone wants to remix and slice up the bucket and feeder plates to be able to print on smaller 3D Printers feel free to and post it as a remix. I'll send you the STEP file to make it easier.

For the Cover I gave you 2 options: 1 has my edit for the switches I used and then I also made a blank cover so you can cut your own holes after printing.
