Sliced off the top 2 mm or so, to make the model slightly faster to print. Without the slightly tapered point, the printer doesn't have to keep slowing down to print the increasingly smaller layers at the very top.

Doing this saves a negligible amount of plastic, but reduced the print time from 22 minutes to 17 minutes.
