Sturdy & longer nose clamp, for bigger noses and for making the mask airtight around the nose bridge. This file will require cutting the ends with a knife to adjust it to your nose length. Also, you may need to increase holes size - use the same knife, stick inside the hole, and rotate, repeat from the other side.
