Description
I printed some other ones for a few medical professionals but after a few days of using them they reported that they didn't really solve the problem it just moved it. I looked for other designs on thingiverse but didn't find any that solved the problem. So I decided to design my own. I tried to keep printing and materials in mind as well. They can be printed in stacks using PLA or PETG. I am not very good at stacking but I was able to test it using a stack of 3 however the ones above didn't come out as nice as the bottom layer.
I hope this helps our medical professionals.
Just as a note I was able to mess with my cura settings to print 1 in 5 minutes with PLA, I have a 0.4mm nozzle layer height of 0.5 line width of 0.8 temp 240/60 speed of 50 mm/s on a ender 3 with a glass bed.
