This is a re-mixed design of the Prusa face shield found at https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2
After trialling by an Australian hospital, we have made some modifications to suit our local requirements. These modifications are;
For the printed parts, we have found that Aurarum brand custom P-PLA prints well at;
Headband: 225C extruder, 50C bed
Bottom Reinforcement: 240C extruder, 70C bed (extra layer adhesion is required)
We use Flashforge Creator Pros, glass bed, Elmer's disappearing purple glue stick for adhesion while printing)

We are providing these face shields for free, as non-sterile Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Disinfection and usage must be determined by the recipent, based on your own usage requirements.
Face Shield package components:
1x LDPE zip-lock bag (sealed and quarantined for 3 days before shipment)
1x 3D Printed headband (80% PLA, 20% PET-G)
1x 3D Printed bottom reinforcement (80% PLA, 20% PET-G)
1x laser cut PET-G visor (0.5mm, 230mm x 330mm)
4x cotton flannelette sweat bands (100% cotton)
1x button hole elastic band (polyester and elastane)
