Updated July 6th 2020:

Latest Fan Shroud version, I made it modular, and adjusted the air paths to hit directly on the nozzle tip. Also, The heat shield can be printed but it works best if you create it out of .032" aluminum sheeting.

Fully tested, works well on the promega as well.

Updated 4/19/2020: Changed the back design by removing the pegs that insert into the block and funnel the air to cool the heat break better. The raised the fans 3mm further away from the bed to give more clearance and airflow around the bottom of the shroud esp., when close to the print bed

Updated 3/9/2020: Got around to finally testing this design and the BLTouch versions, the mount was too high, so I adjusted the mount so it's closer to the bed and it now probes it without some sort of 3-4mm spacer. I also Moved the mount so the offset of the BLTouch Sensor is X49 Y0.

I combined two of my favorite fan shrouds and moved the shrouds a bit further away from the hot end.

The heatshield seems to melt a bit after prolonged use, so I wanted to provide an option for the shroud where you can cut a sheet of .032" aluminum (search on Amazon) to insert as the heatshield. Print out the fan shroud. I also cleaned up the back portion of the fan for better airflow.

Print the BLTouch versions with Supports from bed only.

BLTouch offset is X49 Y0.

With the BLTouch Versions if you update your Crane's Motion.g Axis Mins to X-15 (M208 X-15 Y0 Z0 S1) it will allow a bed probe of: M557 X35:195 Y10:220 S40 (5X5 Probe locations)
