Front bumper and skid plate for the Arrma 6S line of vehicles.

Assembly

Crossbar is fastened to bottom plate with two M3x20 mm screws (preferably with washers) and with locking nuts on the bottom.

Bottom plate is designed to be fastened to vehicle with four M4x16 mm screws with dome/round/pan/binder head types (i.e. not flat head/countersunk).

Pin stopper vs. no pin stopper

The regular bottom plate without the pin stopper (black in photos) requires the use of the stock bumper that comes with the Talion and Typhon (the one that comes in the AR330230 kit) to hold the front hinge pins in place. Older Kratons (V1 and V2) also use that bumper so they are compatible right out of the box.

The bottom plate without the pin stopper should fit a Kraton, Talion, Typhon, Outcast, Notorious or Senton as long as an AR330230 bumper is also mounted.

The bottom with the pin stopper (blue in photos) should fit all of the above models without the need for any extra parts.

Print recommendations

The bottom plate should preferably be printed standing on it's side to maximize strength. Recommend using filaments with high impact resistance, such as eSun PLA+ or some kind of reinforced nylon filament. PETG might also work. Use 100% infill and avoid regular PLA.
