These are Goofy Goober Rock light up glasses from the Sponge-bob movie

Slide a piece of 43cm X 123.5cm X 3cm plexiglass into the frame.
Slide 10 cm wide WS2812B LEDs into the top.
Hot glue the hinges onto the side and use screws or thick wire to keep the sides on.
