A hitch cap/two ball in a smashing Hulk-design.

Perhaps you have to adjust the size a little bit (97-99%) - depends on your hitch. Another possibility is to use a 3D-Pen and draw a little edge inside the cap, 2-3cm from the bottom so that the cap can't slide from the hitch.
