CNC Clamps (MC Clamps)

English it's not my mother tongue so i'll try to do my best.

I've designed this Clamps to fit cheap CNC 3018 for hobby but may fit other kind of machines that use same base.

You need to print 4 side stands, 2 central jaws and 2 knobs, i used 4 perimeters, use more for additional stiffness.

Hardware also required: 4 x 608z bearings , 5 x 8mm nut (13 key), 2 x 250 mm 8m rod (cut to your size)

I lasercuted and engraved eva foam for added grip and aesthetics, you can use some kind of non-slipping material.

Mount in this order from rear to front as pictured , 2 locknuts, bearing , stand , centre jaw with a M8 nut slided inside pocket , front stand and 2 locknuts. Tight nuts to keep all firmly but do not over tight or you will not be able to slide. I tight the left more to be fixed and bit less the right one. When you tight the material jaws keeps locked on it's own.
After all , install washer and knob with nut inside.

As you can see in pictures you can operate the clamps with appropriate socket wrench in your electric screwdriver for commodity / speed.
