Sapphire Pro Hotend Stabilizer with BL Touch & Tension

It also has an added gusset for strength as the old one was prone to breaking. I use a z-offset of about -1.3 to -1.4. This will vary depending on your hotend. It will require a 3 x 8 mm button head screw to secure to the carriage bracket.

Hotend support with BL Touch mount for the Two Trees Sapphire Pro. With this mount it holds the hot end very firm with the carriage. This could help stabilize the hot end during rapid direction changes. The design was based on an early version of one made by Roland Med. I did also add a fillet to the opening to the fan and a mount for a BL Touch/3d Touch.
